this takes place in part 2.

the heroes notices that the transformation is starting to wear off (you can see Tang's hand turning back to normal), they then figured that if they're gonna need help from everyone to stop the Lizard cult as Lizard men from taking over the World.....they're gonna need help from an enemy as well, so the heroes went to Jailhouse hall prison to find the enemy who can help them.

in another cell, Admiral Razorbeard saw Aqua Girl and Twinkle with the heroes.

Samuel then sees a cell with broken bars.

Samuel: excuse me Warden, but...who's cell does that belong too? *points to the Cell with the broken bars*

Warden: that used to belong to Lulu.

Samuel: Lulu the shiney Vulpix???

Warden: yes, she used to be in that cell, until she found a way to get her Anti-Power collar off and destroy the bars with her fire power, then she ran past our super security system and out of here when we had tourists here.
